Who is ESL?

Family based business in Dallas, TX that specializes in logistics and grade A or B pallets for clients throughout the region. We have just-in-time inventory programs to limit downtime or lost sales. Ownership has an extensive domestic and international network with a combined 20+ years of experience.

Where do you get your pallets?

We have developed strong relationships with a wide range of clients in numerous industries. We contract to remove and distribute their pallet inventory. A company can call us and we will find a home for their excess inventory.

Are your pallets new?

The vast majority of the pallets we move are not new, but they are still in excellent condition. If an order calls for new pallets, we have several suppliers that will build to the required specifications.

What is the difference between A & B grade Pallets?

Grade A pallets have been used previously but have never been damaged or repaired. Grade B pallets have been used previously, and repaired at some point, but are still in excellent working condition.

Will you buy my extra pallets?

We don’t inventory pallets, however, we are happy to source a buyer for you. This is the majority of our business.

Can you find a special pallet size for my business?

Absolutely – we specialize in the sourcing one-off pallets. Our network is great at finding special sizes. And if it isn’t available, we can facilitate the manufacturing of a special size.

I currently have a contract – can we still do business?

We can’t help you get out of your current contract, but we have many clients that utilize us to fill in orders that were delivered short. We are happy to be your back-up supplier until your current contract ends.

Do you keep your pallets indoors?

We don’t maintain an inventory of unsold pallets, but we do know if the pallets we are sourcing for you have been kept inside. If that is important to you, we will only work with suppliers that store their pallets indoors for your orders. We have many clients that request only pallets stored inside.

What payment methods are available?

Due to the quick turnaround nature of most orders, payments should be made via credit card or wire (Zelle or PayPal, etc). With previous arrangements, ongoing clients can pay with a check on the day of delivery. We are happy to discuss special circumstances.
